In the competitive and creative world of MasterChef, I worked for several seasons as a camera operator, experiencing firsthand the intensity, effort, and passion that permeates every recording. This format, produced by Shine Iberia, has become one of the great classics of Spanish television, combining gastronomy, emotion, and pure talent.
Each day of filming presented a technical and narrative challenge: keeping up with the frenetic pace of the kitchens, anticipating the contestants’ movements, and capturing the beauty of the dishes, the focused expressions, and the judges’ spontaneous reactions. The camera became an extension of the competition, conveying all the tension and excitement of the live show to the viewer.
Beyond the culinary spectacle, MasterChef represents a constant lesson in creativity, discipline, and teamwork. Being part of this project has been an enriching professional experience, where television is transformed into a celebration of art, passion, and the pursuit of excellence.
